My husband and I go here for replacement therapy. I started during my pregnancy last summer. I have been going almost 8 months now.This clinc is so phenomenal. My only wish is that I had gone sooner. I honestly love everything about this clinc. The employees are all so helpful and honestly some of the most supportive people ive ever met in my life, the nurses, the ma's, counclers, director, even the security guard all across the board are so amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable, considerate, nice, & nonjudgemental people. I see alot of people come in and go off on whoever is working in the windows about the intake wait time, which for your first two days is a little bit of a wait. They do this process as fast as humanly possible. They have hundreds of patients daily. Everyone the doctors deem appropriate gets their medication within a day or two. For me the wait wasnt hard, it was worth it knowing I wouldnt have to feel sick anymore soon. Nobody really got me into the situation of having to come to the clinic in the first place aside from myself. Having to wait 4 or 5 hours for two days only to fix a huge problem in your life should not make you go crazy on the girls working the window who are there to help you and care about you. Please stop going off on them. We had a really cool patient appreciation day they gave us totes and stress reliver squishys and bracelets and sodas, juices, food. So awesome! If your ready to get better, which i dont even know you, but if you are reading this. I hope you are ready to get better. Than this is definitely the right place to go. We've lost enough people to this epidemic, it makes me sick to think about it. And as far as the meds go they work perfectly and are the main reason i have been able to stay doing good. They have for me completely taken away my pain in my body and everything else you dont have to feel sick getting better its really amazing. I am very thankful to my doctors as now I have my life back. I am present in my life now. I am happy to live it.

Kind and compassionate staff, helpful and just all around the BEST run clinic offering Opiate/opioid replacement therapy... (Methadone/suboxone clinic) A great place to begin a journey of sobriety. It is a great way and I believe the proper way to detox from these drugs (pharmaceutical or street) , Aegis offers you a real chance at being successful in your detox program on your initial attempt(and will not give up on you if it takes you a little while to get on track 100%. This is much better than attempting to do it without the supervision of a Dr (licensed in addiction medicine and a counselor who is also licensed and credentialed) not only will your odds of success go up in a program like this, but you will get support for everything you're rebuilding in you're life and getting back on your feet, getting sober and doing it the way you feel best about. It is also the safest detox program in place county, especially that will take Medi-Cal. If you do not have private insurance or can't afford to pay $. Aegis Saved my life, after 11 years of failing at sobriety.

Well, if you're even considering coming to this place then some stuff isn't right in your life so giving 5 stars as a review would seem ungenuine. The staff and how this place is ran is another rocky road travelled in that there are members of the staff at this clinic who are totally awesome! These individuals who are currently working there and some who are not, went out of their way to help us, the patient, in our VERY difficult journey through addiction. Sadly, these people are too far and few between and in general it seems the nature of how this place is organized is fundamentally flawed in a major way and one that may never be rectified. I'm talking about the importance of the profit over the patient. Thats all that Ill say about that. But if youre reading this because you or a loved one is addicted to opiate based substances, then come get help because just because there is people exploiting our addictions doesnt mean that methadone replacement therapy doesnt work because it can certainly work. It DOES work!

The counselors are really nice, pretty strict rules but I you want to get clean by using methadone in roseville you have to just deal with it considering it's the only clinic.

Staff is wonderful! Counselors help you reach your goals; short term or long-term. Aegis helps you develop a new lifestyle and teaches you how to become drug free. They have many programs for support and specialized groups. You will be treated like a real person without judgment. They keep you educated and education is great

Staff is awesome, always there to help out. They have made my experience pretty easy to go through.
